Protein: (Please NO tuna or seafoods -- these are not traditional foods the Elders are familiar with or eat very often.)

- Baking Powder (an essential ingredient for making traditional fry bread)

- Bluebird Flour (this is a special flour the Elders use to make traditional fry bread and tortilla breads that are served with most meals)

- Hand Lotion
